All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This represents our acceptance of your order and formation of a contract between you and Lila’s Closet.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Lila’s Closet offers worldwide shipping excluding Asia and select remote regions.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat fee of $12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• In the original packaging

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Jewelry (for hygiene and security reasons)
• Items from Ulla’s Closet or Featured sections marked as “Final Sale”

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and details about the item
3. Wait for authorization and instructions from our team
4. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable service

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the new item.
