We are delighted to offer global shipping (excluding Asia and select remote regions).

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Jewelry (for hygiene and security reasons)
  • Any items from the Ulla’s Closet or Featured sections that are explicitly marked as “Final Sale”.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with authorization and detailed instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow 1-2 business days for this step.

Refund Timeline and Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after we process them.

For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
