Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Jewelry (for hygiene and security reasons)
- Any items from the Ulla’s Closet or Featured sections that are marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with authorization and detailed instructions on where to send your return.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow 1-2 business days for this step.
Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
- PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
